1. Platform Definition

The Platform “Digital Street Chiang Mai” provides merchant display, second-hand trading, community interaction, and related information services to registered users in compliance with Thai law.

2. Account and Security

Users must register by email and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

3. User Conduct

Users shall not post, distribute, or promote illegal, violent, obscene, misleading, or discriminatory content. Any financial, exchange, or cryptocurrency-related information is prohibited.

4. Data Protection

The Platform complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (B.E. 2562). All data is encrypted and securely stored on Firebase servers located in Singapore.

5. Liability

The Platform acts solely as an information and communication service. Users are solely responsible for their own transactions, decisions, and disputes arising from platform interactions.
